TradeSlip is a web-based application that allows UK tradespeople to create quotes, generate invoices, manage customers, track payments, and organise their diary. The app is provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA) accessible via web browsers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use TradeSlip only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

TradeSlip offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans. Prices are displayed in the app and on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect on their account.
We aim to keep TradeSlip available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
TradeSlip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of calculations (including VAT), you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your quotes and invoices before sending them to customers. We are not liable for any financial losses, missed payments, or business losses arising from the use of TradeSlip.
You can cancel your account at any time. Free tier users can simply stop using the app. Paid subscribers can cancel their subscription, which will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you can export your data before your account is closed.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TradeSlip after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
